Field Case
Management
Field intervention is used with injured workers who may require a more direct approach to expedite their recovery and return to work. Each case is immediately assessed after a discussion with the worker and review of medical records. A goal-directed plan is then developed to return the injured worker to optimal functioning capacity.
Telephonic Case Management
Elite’s Registered Nurses will immediately begin managing the claim telephonically.
This allows for early intervention and promotes optimal medical treatment and early recovery.
Elite’s goal is to coordinate an expedient and safe return to work while decreasing medical, indemnity, disability, and litigation costs.
Catastrophic Case Management
Elite Nurses specialize in helping manage and reduce the immediate and long-term cost risks for a business. Without proper management, recovery can be prolonged and costs can increase exponentially.
Elite’s highly-trained and experienced catastrophic case managers utilize best practices and industry and proprietary guidelines to deliver the best outcomes.
Task
Assignment
Specific task assignments are generally utilized to accomplish a specific goal or request. Task Assignment addresses specific issues for defined periods for specific goals and objectives.
Written reports are issued upon completion of the requested tasks.
